What is collected

  • Your email address and name, entered at checkout. The email is where files are delivered; the name is written into the license agreement.
  • Order records — which beat, which tier, amount, currency, and a reference id from the payment processor.
  • Download activity — the time, file and IP address for each download, so abuse of a shared link can be spotted.
  • Aggregate play counts per beat. These are counts only and are not tied to a person.

What is not collected

No card numbers, bank details or payment credentials reach this site — those go straight to Stripe or PayPal. There are no advertising trackers and no third-party analytics scripts.

Who it is shared with

Only the services required to run the store: Supabase (database, file storage, authentication), Stripe and PayPal (payments), Resend (delivery email), and the hosting provider. Your data is never sold.

Marketing email

Delivery emails are transactional and always sent. You are only added to a mailing list if you tick the opt-in box at checkout, and every marketing email carries an unsubscribe link.

How long it is kept

Order records are kept as long as required for tax and accounting purposes. Download tokens expire automatically. You can ask for your email address and name to be erased from the store's records at any time, subject to those retention obligations.

Your requests

To get a copy of your data, correct it, or have it deleted, reply to any order email from the address you bought with.

This page describes what the store actually does, but it is not legal advice. If you sell to the EU or UK, have it reviewed against GDPR before launch.
